1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and 773pub ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 773pub website or its associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using 773pub immediately. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Important: These Terms apply to all games and services available on 773pub, including but not limited to sports betting, Sabong, Bingo, Color Game, and all promotional offers. Game-specific rules may supplement these Terms but do not replace them.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to register and use 773pub, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
- You are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gaming.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 773pub employee.
- You have never previously had a 773pub account closed or suspended for violations of these Terms.
773pub reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Process
To use 773pub's real-money services, you must create an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each person may hold only one active account on 773pub. This applies regardless of the device, email address, or payment method used. If we detect duplicate accounts, all but the first-registered account will be suspended. Any winnings generated from duplicate accounts may be voided.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 773pub will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at support@773pub.best. We cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
3.4 Verification (KYC)
773pub may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity. Requested documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the stated deadline may be restricted.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
773pub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through Philippine-local payment methods only: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Philippine banks. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
4.2 Deposit Rules
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your 773pub wallet after successful confirmation from the payment processor. 773pub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your verified name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day under normal circumstances. 773pub reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds. Withdrawals may be delayed during KYC verification periods.
Note: 773pub does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check your GCash or Maya terms for any applicable fees on incoming transfers.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
In compliance with applicable Philippine regulations, 773pub monitors transactions for suspicious activity. If a transaction triggers a review, the associated funds may be held until the review is complete. 773pub is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
5. Betting Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on 773pub are subject to acceptance by the platform. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification and the stake is deducted from your wallet. A bet that is placed but not confirmed — due to a disconnection, system error, or any other reason — is not valid and the stake will be returned.
5.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes
773pub reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect or erroneously published odds. If an error is identified after settlement, 773pub will correct the settlement and adjust winnings or losses accordingly. We will notify affected members promptly.
5.3 Match and Event Settlement
Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or arena partner for each sport or game. In the event of a dispute over a result, the decision of 773pub's settlement team is final, subject to a formal appeals process described in Section 14.
5.4 Voided Events
If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or ruled void before the minimum required play time has been completed, all bets on that event will be refunded to members' wallets in full. For Sabong bouts, settlement follows the official ruling of the arena partner. For sports events, settlement follows the official ruling of the relevant governing body.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
Promotional bonuses and free credits offered by 773pub are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits for each promotion are detailed on the individual promotion page within your dashboard.
6.2 Welcome Bonus
The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first qualifying deposit. It is credited to your bonus wallet, not your main wallet. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they convert to withdrawable cash. Welcome bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, and payment method.
6.3 Refer a Friend Bonus
The 773pub Refer a Friend program rewards members who invite others to join the platform. Referral bonuses are credited after the referred member completes registration and makes a qualifying deposit and wager. Full details are available on the Refer a Friend page.
6.4 Abuse of Promotions
773pub monitors for abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated wagering designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or misrepresentation of identity. Any account found to be abusing promotions will have the bonus and associated winnings voided and the account may be permanently closed.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 773pub and will result in immediate account action:
- Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the 773pub platform.
- Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit odds.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Opening accounts on behalf of another person without their full consent and knowledge.
- Providing false information during registration or verification.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 773pub staff or other members through any channel.
- Accessing the platform through a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
773pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, and any conduct listed in Section 7.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the member will be notified by email. If the investigation confirms a violation, 773pub may withhold some or all funds in the account depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Members who disagree with an account decision may contact support to initiate a formal review.
Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 773pub support. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to the member's verified payment method. Accounts closed for responsible gaming self-exclusion cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.
9. Limitation of Liability
773pub provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. 773pub is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or factors outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 773pub's total liability to any member in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
773pub is not responsible for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of third-party payment services, including delays or errors by GCash, Maya, or banking partners.
10. Privacy and Data
773pub collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 773pub.best/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. We collect the minimum data required to operate your account, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
11. Responsible Gaming
773pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Members who believe their gaming is becoming a problem are encouraged to use these tools and to read the 773pub Responsible Gaming policy at 773pub.best/responsible-gaming.
Gaming at 773pub is intended as a form of entertainment. Please only bet what you can comfortably afford to lose. If gaming is causing financial difficulty, stress, or problems in your personal relationships, please seek help. Do not chase losses.

12. Changes to These Terms
773pub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify members via email and post a notice on the platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated at the top of this page. Continued use of 773pub after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We recommend that members review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact us to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of 773pub shall first be subject to good-faith resolution between the member and 773pub.
If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the dispute being raised, either party may refer the matter to arbitration or the appropriate Philippine court of competent jurisdiction. 773pub's decisions on all gaming matters — including bet settlement and bonus disputes — are final once the internal review process has been completed.
